  1. I have trying groupon (living social) in Australia and as you mentioned i too will never work with them again. Three reasons why:
    1: they get a whopping 25% profit as your expense.
    2: the customers will not return to u simply because they look out for the next business with similar offers (50% t0 70% discount).
    3: while it’s all you who spends and works, they make you wait for your money which is not much anyway, you only joined in hope to gain new customers.
    P.S: I had to chase them for a few months to get my money……never again!!!!

  2. It is really a good post. Thank you for sharing the useful information of the Successful Loyalty Programs and reward programs. I agreed with you that a brand can create a personality and get people to like it, that brand will win over customers. I am looking for the method to retain customers, too. These information are very useful and help me so much. Thank you very much.
